Refund policy

Every item in our store is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email donald@thebullyoucantbear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
