The recipe on the glass
• 2 oz bourbon and ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup and 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• A splash of ginger beer over one large ice cube
• Add the ginger beer last
• Garnish: smoked rosemary and lemon peel

Zero-proof option: use a non-alcoholic bourbon alternative and alcohol-free bitters.
